This photo highlights the vacant shell construction of the project on hold as discussed in The Portsmouth Herald. The building is one of the few new buildings constructed in recent years on historic Bow Street at Portsmouth’s salty waterfront. The new construction on either side of the old structure will eradicate views of the waterfront from this lower portion of Bow St. Let’s hope the building finds some good tenants and is finished sooner than later. In the meantime, here are the bones.
