Portsmouth is an old town. I thought I’d try to capture the timelessness of the waterfront row houses and the Moran Towing tugs that look like they have been (and actually have been) on the City’s waterfront forever (since 1967). The washed out rainy sky helped create the mood. Seen in the background is the Martingale Wharf building under construction, The Old Ferry Landing deck, and of course – the Memorial Bridge.
