The Odd Fellows Hall building located at the intersection of Fleet Street and Congress Street in downtown Portsmouth is another classic Frank Jones building. Visible to the right is an “Available For Lease” sign for those looking for some office space. There is also the local bank startup, Great Waters, at the ground level that has yet to open its doors…I would imagine due primarily to the economic climate and difficulty in raising capital.
