Summer Afternoon By The Decks in Portsmouth

A stand up paddle boarder navigates the Piscataqua River amidst the Moran Towing tugboats and a massive freighter known as the Curacao Pearl from Nassau.  The riverfront from The Decks in Portsmouth is one of my favorite things to watch in the summer time – and this image captures the essence of summer for me.
