One-half of the Martingale Wharf building currently under construction (with an aptly titled photo paying homage to the section in curbed.com). Wanted to revisit this one since it has begun to bother me much more that in a city as vibrant during the summer months as Portsmouth, visitors see this symbol of real estate gone wrong, despite other continued activity in the area. Further down Bow Street, the River House restaurant has recently opened and will be featured in the near future. The Portwalk redevelopment has commenced the tear-down of the old Parade Mall, and will be built out in phases.
