Downtown Portsmouth has a few parking spots designated specifically for cabs and police. This particular evening I decided to snap a few of the Portsmouth Police cruiser parked at the corner of Congress and Market Streets. You’ll notice a particular feel to the shot, which I attribute to an earlier visit to Joe’s pizza – where some great friends snapped a few shots after a wedding earlier in the evening. I like to call it the grease feel…But despite the junk on the lens, I loved the colors and the feel of this shot.
