Portsmouth is all dressed up for the holidays. Three scenes included today are 1) a wreath joins the new granite sign welcoming visitors as they travel up Market Street towards Market Square & Downtown; 2) a lone Christmas Tree lit in Prescott Park as seen during this week’s rain storm; and 3) the wreaths located on the lamp posts along Market Street with the Summerwind Jewelers store and the clock that they donated on the sidewalk.

Here Come The Holidays
Portsmouth has begun to decorate itself in preparation for the Holiday Season. Standing at the corner of Pleasant Street and State Street, you catch a glimpse of the wreaths now adorning the street lights with the Custom House to the left and the Rusty Hammer off to the right. Even though it feels a bit early to prepare for the holidays, it’s a welcome sight here in town.
